Positive: Your strong points are definitely the location, the size of the room and the bathroom (the shower is well-designed and spacious and the bathroom is well-equipped). Add to this Ludmilla's kindness during breakfast service. A tip regarding rooms overlooking the shed. For accommodations like yours (which are surrounded by greenery) it would be helpful to install mosquito nets to avoid unpleasant encounters (for those not accustomed to them) with local spiders. Furthermore, having visited the adjacent accommodation, Greshornish House, you could take greater care in keeping the patios clear of leaves and dirt and choose more attractive and functional garden furniture. You could also take more care of the common areas, such as the green spaces near the shed and the terrace adjacent to the restaurant. It might be a good idea to add tables and chairs so guests can enjoy that space as well.

Negative: Areas for improvement are: 1) lack of room cleaning service. During our three-day stay, only the bed was made, towels were changed when we requested and biscuits were added. The bathroom was never cleaned (the wastebasket wasn't emptied, towels weren't folded when we didn't request a change and glasses weren't washed for 3 days, even though they were placed on the bathroom sink). We did not find complimentary water or toiletries. 2) Breakfast. The menu lacked variety (mostly pre-packaged products) and local products were not promoted to encourage tourists to purchase what they had tasted and supporting small local producers. 3) The restaurant. The lentil soup was quite good (although the bread was cold and packaged), but the rest was nothing special. Unfortunately, after having tried the exceptional culinary offerings at the nearby Greshornish House, your offerings fell short. For all these reasons, we believe the room rate is disproportionate and is primarily due to the accommodation's location. However, it's unreasonable to charge such prices just for the view (which only 6 of the 17 rooms enjoy), while completely missing out on basic amenities (like cleaning service) that any accommodation should provide without fail.
