Positive: The property is in a nice location and has everything you need for the stay. The property owner is verry nice and responds verry quickly. There is a good supply of kitchen utensils to get everything done you would want to cook.
Negative: The beds are verry, verry uncomfortable. The mattress in the master bedroom is is unusable as it has been worn down in the middle. The other beds are verry noisy so every time someone turned, it would wake everyone up. The unit could use a thorough cleaning.

Positive: Good kitchen, good tv, nice space, many blankets (and towels, and pillows and all), good bathrooms (with heating), equipment available for shoveling snow if needed, there was a good laundry area in the complex,
Negative: • I filtered “ski in/ski out” to find the spot and this is not it - it’s not terribly far but it’s not close to the slopes or inside the city. The location is beautiful, but it’s not what I was aiming for. • the heat was limited to 75F (which is too low for me, especially considering it never reaches max with the ins and outs and all. The host was very nice and understanding and allowed us to use 80F. • the hot water was limited and not enough for 3 people comfortably - two for sure. • the main bedroom had a bit of an older mattress that was really worn in the middle - pushing us both to the Center of the bed. Good for sponsies, I guess? Not super comfy for entire nights. • both bedroom had roof windows so the sun shine when it shines!
Summary: Decent spot, not great nights of sleep.
