This bright and spacious 2nd-floor home boasts an open concept design featuring a fully-equipped kitchen and living room, perfect for entertaining family and friends. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, our cozy home away from home is the ideal place to unwind and spend quality time with loved ones. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare meals, and the living room offers a cozy atmosphere for movie and game night (55" Alexa Smart TV + 5 streaming services, variety of board/card games). Summary: We had a wonderful time and the location, right on the bay, is outstanding. However, the upper deck for the second floor rental needs either an umbrella or sunsetter in order to be able to truly enjoy the deck because the sun is glaring from about noon to sunset and makes the deck unusable. The proximity to Cape May and Stone Harbor was perfect for us and enjoyment was had by all ages in our family which includes 4 generations of members.

Summary: This beach house is top tier and it’s what we expected. The grill, the beach, and the view definitely felt like a home was from home. You won’t be disappointed at all and the host is awesome as well. He definitely has the right ideal for a summer get-a-way. So please make this y’all first selection when choosing.

Summary: Stayed here for Thanksgiving week. House was really nice and had everything needed for a great trip. Was very clean. Any questions or anything we needed Brandon was quick with responses. Was our first time on Reeds Beach and the beauty of the water and the sunsets did not disappoint. Went to Cape May for a couple of dinners which was only about a 25 minute drive. Besides that we just relaxed, fished off the dock and enjoyed our time together. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The house was well maintained and clean. The sunset views over the bay were gorgeous. The house was well stocked with beach items, kitchen utensils, and appliances. The host was incredibly fast to respond to any questions or issues. Would absolutely stay here again!

Summary: We found a great spot here for us to enjoy Al ages in our family: 76 to 3. Being on the water was the reason we selected here and it did not disappoint. The open kitchen and family room worked great. And the back den was nice too. Having the bedrooms separate was nice for our crew. Would recommend

Summary: We loved our stay. Owner communicated fast and detailed. The view was outstanding. Great value for price we paid. The only thing which is extremely minor that upset me was the amenities. We didn't bring cleaning supplies and shampoo/soaps because it was stated it was provided and we only stayed 2 nights. Dish soap was the only thing provided, so we used it for hands, dishes, tables.. everything.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach house. I loved the privacy of being able to check in and out on our own. The property manager was beyond accessible through the VRBO app and ensured our stay was amazing. The house was spacious and clean and had all the amenities we needed such as toliet paper, paper towels, linens and dishes. Clean up was a breeze which made it really feel like a vacation! We will be staying here again.

Summary: Our group of eight needed a short getaway and had been looking in the Cape May area for weeks. When this property went live, we jumped at the opportunity. We're glad we did now, as I doubt this house will ever be empty again. The home is in a picture perfect location. The upstairs unit fit our family perfectly, without feeling crowded. Our host was just amazing and incredibly responsive. We hope to return at the end of the summer or the fall. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed a long July 4th weekend with a group of 7 adults/teens, and our dog. Very comfortable and spacious second floor unit, tastefully furnished, and very tidy. Kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed grilling and chilling on the beautiful deck, enjoyed beach walks, amazing sunsets, family meals around large dining table, games/TV in the comfortable living room. Very easy commute to Cape May. This is quite a unique location, between Delaware bay and bird wildlife sanctuary.
