Negative: We had to reach out to the Vacasa team because there were several issues with the house. 1) the extractor fan in the main bathroom didn’t work - someone looked at it but wasn’t able to fix it. 2) the drain in the kids bathroom was clogged up. The maintenance person came after we reported it twice, he removed the clog and left the nasty pile of hair and whatever else it was in the trashcan in the bathroom. The bathroom was left in a disgusting state and we had to clean it. 3) the carpets are dirty and stained. Vacasa reported someone went in and cleaned them but the stains and dirt were still there. 4) the mattresses, as reported by other guests should now be replaced 5) the tv has a few cable programs and no option to stream anything. It’s old, has issues with the screen brightness and needs replacing.
Summary: Great location but in need of updates and proper maintenance

Positive: The property is in a good location and the facilities are good.
Negative: The unit was tidy but NOT clean. There were long strands of hair in several places in one of the washrooms. There were also long strands of hair on the sheets on one of the beds. The were no sheets provided anywhere in the unit for the pullout sofa bed. Also, the floors and/or the carpets were absolutely filthy- don’t walk around anywhere in the unit without shoes on. I pointed these defects in the unit out to management the day of our arrival and nothing was rectified and no extra sheets, for the dirty sheets or the pullout sofa bed, were provided during our stay. I also requested at least a refund for the “cleaning” fee for our stay since the unit was so dirty but so far have received no refund nor notice that one would be forthcoming. If you are interested in watching television, which thankfully we were not, none of the channels seem to work.
Summary: Our stay was adequate but cleanliness was extremely poor, and host didn’t rectify deficiencies.

Positive: Beautiful views. The unit was very clean. I would consider going again.
Negative: The stairs are horrible. In this unit the beds and sofa bed were not comfortable. TV was not included.

Positive: Very clean, better than any hotel in its price range around the area. Would definitely return.
Negative: Beds weren’t super comfortable, also limited channels on tv.

Positive: Back patio and second floor outside balcony were very nice for our family
Negative: Very tall stairs for little kids... extremely limited, channels on tv with none for kids, and about 36 hours that the internet was down. Also tough that mo baathrooms on first floor.
