Positive: Great location. 15 minutes walk to the metro 13 station and about 10 minutes walk to RER both connecting to the city center but different part. Fully furnished and equipped flat with balcony a view of La Defance from a bedroom window. Perfect and helpful host. Coffee, tea and candies for kids provided. Simply 10/10. Great value for money.

Positive: The appartment is very cosy and modern and the owner is very helpful and easy to connect. He told me about the app Citymapper and my trip to Paris was never so easy. I was on a week holiday, so Navigo for a week was useful. There is a local market on Sunday nearby and I really like the area around the appartment and around train station Colombes. I did not meet Thomas, but he sent me instructions how to get the keys, so it was super easy and convenient. The metro line 14 goes from Gare Saint- Lazare to the centre of Paris and to Orly airport -very convenient. The view from the bedroom on La Defense is very nice-i love it. Definetely return!!!
Negative: Everything was great, but mind that the house has no elevator. The apartment is on 4 floor.

Positive: You know... you have the whole 50m2 Apartment for you, so like you were at home. If you wanna go to Paris you get the 378 bus or T1 and go to Metro. 30 min and you are.at Eifel Tower. Near you have Market, Bakery or Restaurants.
Negative: If there were a Bathtub it would be 11/10, now.its.only 10/10

Positive: The property looks lovely and great value for money.
Negative: Nothing we didn’t like, just some little finishing touches were not there. However for the money was great. Some half eaten things in the fridge, some full things which was great and a little goodie bag of sweets but the fridge wasn’t the best. The bed was slightly uncomfy as the bed mattress did not fit the frame of the bed so one of the pillows filled the gap of the mattress and then only had one pillow. The construction work made it a bit of a nightmare to get into the centre of Paris. Not the apartments fault but it is over an hour on pub transport to attractions unfortunately.
Summary: Nice apartment would stay again if on a budget!
