Residenza G&J consists of three brand new two-room flats (opening April 2023) of 40 sqm each located in Pacengo, a characteristic district in the municipality of Lazise. Only 200 metres away there are excellent restaurants, cocktail and wine bars, a tea room and a pharmacy. The beach is approximately 700 metres away and can be reached on foot downhill. Just 1.5kw away there are the well known amusement parks Gardaland, Movieland and Canevaworld.
Shortly after the residence, a private building is currently under renovation, so noise may be heard during the day and the free parking available must be reached along the main road (approx. 300 metres).
The highlight of the residence is definitely the magnificent shared rooftop sun terrace with a wide lake view, furnished with 3 coffee tables, a large sun umbrella, deck chairs and sun loungers for guests' use. Here you will also find a convenient shower to cool off on hot summer days and a washing machine for common use.
The flat on the second floor has a cozy living area, furnished with a built-in sitting area with large cushions, satellite TV, and a single sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle. The warm sleeping area with wooden furniture offers a double bed, a chest of drawers and a modern walk-in wardrobe. Bathroom with shower box, toilet, bidet. Free wifi and air conditioning available for guests. The common terrace with lake view is just a few steps away. Possibility of free public parking 100 metres away. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking flat. At walking distance it is possible to reach a bike rental and a nice swimming pool with discounted tickets for our guests.
