Positive: Very comfortable and clean. Well equipped and games were appreciated. Loved the beachy little decor additions.
Negative: A fob for entrance gates would have been a lot easier to access the property.

Positive: Location was amazing, especially the view to watch the New Years Eve fireworks. Kids loved the pool and the board games in the cupboard.
Negative: A proper quilt (instead of a duvet between 2 sheets) would have been a bit nicer. It would also be good if the gate remote was working and we didn't need to get out of the car to get in and out of the complex.
Summary: Nice location and comfortable. Improvements could be made but it was suitable for our family of 5.

Negative: It would be better to have 2 gate keys since we have two cars and we have to wait for each other to pass the gate together.
