Summary: Room was clean. Host was friendly. Property is old, shows signs of some effort to update. Unfortunately the property is cut off from the main roads,town, by interstate construction, making it difficult to find. In room coffee maker did not work, and office was not open at 8AM when we left. 2nd building appeared to be unused.

Summary: Don't let the looks deceive you, the room is very nice for its price and the manager is very friendly and helpful. It seems that there are only a few rooms, so he takes care of each guest.

Summary: I didn't expect 5-star - who would for the price? - but I found the room to be spacious, clean and comfortable, which was exactly what I wanted. I also found the staff to be to be courteous and helpful - AND the manager shared my interest in the sport of cricket.
