Positive: Comfortable and clean. Nice location, exceptional on site staff.
Negative: Company who managed our rental (Vacasa) was terrible. We had our water cut off by an automated leak detection sensor system late at night, called Vacasa Guest Services who were disinterested in the problem. After waiting an hour on the telephone, we were told they would send someone shortly; no one ever arrived. We called the property manager after hours who helped us solve the problem immediately; she was wonderful. We learned the following day from the property mgr that the local Vacasa office had never heard of the problem. Vacasa needs to ensure communication within itself to properly service its guests. We will avoid Vacasa rentals in the future. The condo itself was very comfortable; it needs a few more kitchen necessities ( silverware, plates,etc) and the MBR bed could use a new Mattress. The gulf front balcony is great; very large with ample seating.

Positive: We had a great stay in this condo! The interior was nicely decorated and clean. The landscaping in the back of the property was beautiful and made you feel like you're at the beach! We particularly enjoyed the sauna and steam room on site. The location is also fantastic and easy to get to many of the restaurants we love. Would definitely book again.
Negative: Nothing! It was great.

Negative: When we came to this apartment first thing which we noticed- strong cigarets smell.Probably because we are no smokers. It was not cleaned properly. In one of the room bed had urine smell. And one mo thing that bothered as- mold in the bathroom. Our family comes to Orange Beach every year because we love this place so much but this year we chose different places to stay so we always compared between previous and this one. One more thing it is little swimming pool.
