DIRECT GULF-Front unit on the seventh floor of Regency Isle in beautiful Orange Beach, Alabama. Renovated in December 2022 with new cabinets, Quartz countertops, lighting, and a walk in shower in the main bedroom bath. Ceramic tile on the balcony adds a great touch! Regency Isle is one of the premier condo buildings on the Gulf Coast. This 1330 Square foot unit has been completely renovated and includes 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and an oversized balcony. The complex includes both indoor and outdoor pools, located on the Gulf side, fitness center and covered picnic area with four gas grills. Unit comes with covered parking and a designated parking space.
If you've never been to OBA, you should know that location is KEY! Regency Isle's beach front is less crowded than most and, when you sit on the balcony, you see the Gulf of Mexico, not the neighbors next door! Work directly with the owners, not a rental agency!
The beautiful master suite includes a king bed and floor to ceiling sliding glass door that opens on to the gulf-from balcony. The en-suite master bathroom boasts a walk in spacious closet and double sinks. The guest bedroom has two queen beds and its own en-suite bath with a single vanity and tub/shower. (*pictures not yet updated to show the two beds!) The unit also features a half bath off the main entrance with adjacent laundry room featuring a full size washer and dryer. Each room has a WIFI enabled smart TV. Hopefully you’ll be out enjoying the beauty of the area but its a great place to relax if it rains.
Our unit hosts a fully stocked kitchen with new stainless appliances, coffee maker and a full set of plates, glasses and utensils. An air mattress is available if needed. The separate wet bar features a new ice maker to ensure you have plenty of ice to enjoy your sunset cocktails on the deck.
Orange Beach is known for its peaceful beauty and abundant activities including deep sea fishing, para sailing and abundance of great restaurants. The world famous Flora-Bama is located a short walking distance away and is a definite “go to”. They are known for good food, great live music and is home of the world famous “bushwhacker”. Summary: Wow, what a wonderful condo with an awesome view! We have stayed in many condos over the years, this was definitely at the top! The kitchen was clean and well stocked, so many pots and pans and all the utensils you could need. The furniture and beds were very comfortable, nice soft sheets and plenty of extra blankets. Upon arrival we went to the balcony and the dolphins were jumping around (full moon!) we got several dolphin shows during our stay. We did reach out a couple times with questions and received a very fast response. Thank you Chris, we will be back!

Summary: Have been staying at Regency Isle every year since we first booked a vacation here in 2021, and this condo was our favorite. Has been recently remodeled and is very apparent. Every detail provides amazing luxury - comfortable seating in living, mattresses, bedding, outdoor furniture. Beautifully decorated but also not fearful my little ones might break something. We traveled here with our 3 year old and 3 month old. The beach chairs and cooler were very nice surprises that made our stay even better. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Will definity be returning!

Summary: This is our go-to place for our family get-aways -- nothing beats this beachfront location! Chris and Missy are so easy to work with and truly care about their property. We really appreciated the updates to the 2nd bedroom. Having 2 queen beds makes a huge difference. Can't wait until our next visit!
