Positive: From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome, with lovely little touches within the apartment. We were so delighted with the standard of the home. It was so clean, tidy and well equiped with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. We couldn’t think of one thing that was missing. If you’re looking for an apartment within walking distance to transport links, shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacy and supermarkets, then this would be perfect for you

Positive: I stayed with my family (4 persons) for vacation Accommodation is very comfortable and clean for our family We could enjoy warm air and hot water in December In particular, host Frederic is super kind and very helpful He has been always ready for communicating and helping us Location is great It is located in the middle of many tourist attractions such as Nice, Monaco, Cannes and easily accessible to high way And in a few minutes we could go to the big grocery market on foot And there are beach and big forest near the house Parking place is perfect safe It is wide and there are double security gates I felt relaxed in parking For sure I Highly recommend here

Positive: The apartment was very clean, beds comfortable, all kitchen appliances in place. The area was safe and not noisy. Parking spot nearby the apartment, in an underground garage. Frederic has been very easy to communicate with and flexible, on arrival he met us late at night due to plane delay.

Positive: A good location to explore the surrounding area. We used the train to go to Antibes, Nice & Grasse leaving our car parked securely in the underground carpark.
Negative: The property was in a residential area so had a imited atmosphere

Positive: Perfect, really perfect. Very good location, very nice apartmant, full equipped! Perfect parking, air condition, WiFi, washing machine. Frederick , the owner is very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is clean. Beach and szupermarket is few hundred meter. 10/10 :)

Positive: The best host I have ever met! Honestly, like ever. Friendly and always happy to help. On the way I had a problem with tires. Frederic not only suggested me the place where to order/buy new tires + change them, but also came with me twice (!) to the store to help with translation etc. + Apartment in a walking distance from the sea, restaurants, supermarket, bakery and train station + Small garden, seating area on fresh air + Apartment very well equipped + Underground parking + Pool Nice to meet people who work in tourism with heart. Great experience. I Highly recommend :)
