Summary: The layout was nice for the four of us to have some space apart from each other. The amenities were very modern and pretty. The location is right down the road from Ville d'Este which is where we needed to be. We needed three beds and were surprised to find that the third bed was a fold out couch in the living room, which made the living room unavailable to the rest of us much of the time. The two air conditioners are located in the hallways and are very cool, but the air really doesn't cool off the sleeping areas, at least not in July. There's little privacy as all of the doors to the bedrooms are clear glass. My teen felt uncomfortable using the toilet as the glass on the bathroom door is a smoky tint only. He didnt want us seeing the outline of his body as he used the toilet.
