Positive: This was amazing summer vacation.The hotel was 10/10 with all thing that can you imagine and even more. Everything was perfect, from the staff to the food, service, and comfort.

Negative: I would have liked a bit more music by the pool during the day for entertainment. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Positive: The hotel has shared facilities with Regnum The Crown - you have access to both hotels swimming pools and restaurants, which gave us good options to explore during our stay. Food in the main restaurants was very good with plenty options to choose from. Kids clubs facilities and personnel there are amasing and our daughter liked them a lot. While hotel is not very close to the sea - the provide buggy service which was convenient in most of the cases. Hotel has an assigned doctor from one of the local private hospitals on the territory, which is very convenient.

Negative: Value for money was lower than expected: 1) When we arrived - the first room which was given to us was not in line with specifications on Booking.com. In addition to that - someone else's luggage was delivered together with ours so we had to clarify to supporting stuff that it should be carried back. 2) The second room offered was in line with specifications on Booking.com, but was quite far from the 2nd room we booked for our relatives (it was almost the farthest option possible). 3) 2nd room offered also had small ants which was quite suprising for the hotel of such price 4) While reception personnel acted like they are happy to help and politly gave us 3rd option for the room in line with our request and close to our relatives - no other type of compensation was actively offered (other options were taken to manager to discuss, but noone reverted back to us with the conclusion) 5) One of the doctors was not speaking english well, so we had to explain out troubles via Google Translate.
