Come relax and enjoy our beach home any time of year. This well decorated end of group townhome, located in the Keys of Marsh Harbor, is centrally located near downtown Rehoboth, Dewey, outlet shopping, Jungle Jims Water Park, beach and the boardwalk. All within walking or biking distance yet amazingly quiet and secluded.
This beautiful, popular, relaxing, and spacious beach home shows like a model yet is comfortable and fun for all ages. Make yourself at home in one of the 2 master suites and have enough beds to sleep 10 comfortably. The 5 Bedrooms and 3.5 baths are accomodating for families or couples. There is parking available for 3 cars in front of the house with additional parking by the Community Pool and Tennis courts just a block away.
The house is fully loaded with a gas grill for outdoor dining, well appointed kitchen with supplies, TVs, wifi, DVD, and sonos stereo speakers. Enjoy the games, beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Linens/Towels are provided.
FIRST FLOOR: Our home has a master suite with its own private bath, queen sized bed and walkin closet. The family room has a large L sectional couch and a 55 inch flat screen TV to unwind after a day at the beach. The dining room has seating for 6 and there is a breakfast bar in the kitchen with 2 additional stools. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening relaxing on the screened in porch or dine al fresco on the patio. Washer/Dryer and a 1 car garage complete the first floor offerings.
SECOND FLOOR: Has 4 BR and 2 full baths. 1 of them is a master suite with its own full bath, queen bed and walkin closet. There are 2 additional well appointed rooms that have queen beds and the 4th bedroom has a set of twin beds that are serviced by a full bath in the hallway.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Some small issues were handled quickly by the property manager. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: The property was conveniently located and had many homey touches. We did have to supply some initial items like hand soap and garbage bags in the bathrooms, but there were many items in the garage (i.e. chairs, bikes, boogie boards etc.) that made for a great beach experience! It was also great to be so close to the community pool and shopping.

Summary: Property was almost, but not quite, what my sisters and I were expecting. The pics were of this house- but not current photos. We expected spacious and immaculate. We walked into adequate and in need of cleaning and repair. The beautiful at one time couch was spotted and ripped in several places. The swivel chair was filthy and wobbly and should have been removed to remove any possible hazard had anyone attempted to sit. The small patio area was complete with a gas grill which once cleaned was nice to have, but the filthy outdoor furniture and cement begged us to grill our food and eat indoors. Unfortunately, 4 of the 6 dining chairs had been replaced with very uncomfortable metal chairs. When we arrived I noticed hanging wires outdoors in both front and back yards and was advised by the property mgr manager that the electrician was coming the next day. We left 2 days later with lights not having been replaced. Adequate supply of linens, however bedsheets were badly wrinkled and towels frayed. If given a thorough cleaning and new linens, this unit would be reclassified from “almost” to “perfect.”

Summary: Overall, the house is okay but does need some help. Checkin was coordinated with a property manager which was a first, but acceptable. My two issues were cleanliness and communication. For cleanliness: There is Definite wear and tear, especially on the couch. Holes were present in multiple pillows. There was a broken chair we moved to the side so no one sat in it. There was little adhesive stickies on the wall in the dining room (likely from a previous party or streamers). There was also a pair of children’s disney underpants in the one kitchen cabinet which I tossed out and a stained blanket on the couch. The cleaning crew needs to do better. Second: there was an issue where the fan in the downstairs bedroom somehow turned onto high when we were gone and then we couldn’t turn it off. I called the manager (he said calling would be best for a quick response) and it went to voicemail. I never received a call back for the rest of our stay. Location is great for getting to downtown Rehoboth and down to Dewey. Nice neighborhood. Just needs a new cleaning crew, a spruce up, and better communication.

Summary: The house is awesome with plenty of sleeping rooms and a well stocked kitchen! Tyson the property manager is great to work with as well! I recommend this property for sure!!!

Summary: It really looked lovely. However you noticed it was not maintained well. The furniture was not cleaned very well. The beds ( mattress were uncomfortable) . The heat went out on us and it took days before anyone to back with us.We ended up renting space heaters for the rest of our stay and in the end we finally got reimbursed but had to keep sending notes and calling the owner constantly. The property manager never returned our calls or texts. What should have been a relaxing wonderful 2 month stay turned out to be 2 stars at best.Maybe the next people who stay here will have a better experience Very poor communication on the property manager and Owner.

Summary: Property was exactly what we were wanting for 7 people. Due to weather we spent more time at the property. Had problem with downstairs bedroom TV notified manager by text and phone message no response. Furniture in living room is dirty stained and should be replaced rug also needs cleaned. Found extra pillows but no extra pillow cases. No paper towels or napkins. Outside light over garage missing and wires are showing. Couldn't find extra towels. Location was perfect price was fair but little things and furniture condition will make us look at other options
