Negative: Quite dated Uncomfortable sofa Dirty tray in oven Leftover things from other people Awful smell where carpet meets kitchen Wasn’t cupboard or dishwasher , smelt like a dirty nappy

Positive: Location - Pool across the road.
Negative: Dishwasher was full of dirty mouldy dishes, no hand soap or hand towels in bathroom but the owner dropped them around within a short time. Could have done with some side bed lamps & wall pictures to make it look homely but it had the basics.
