Positive: All the staff we encountered were lovely. Including the dogs. Delicious lunch at the restaurant, a wine tasting and all you have to do is stumble back to the cottage, and hop in the huge spa. Its brilliant. And the wines at Upper Reach are right on point. Thanks again.
Negative: The only tiny gripe was the hot water in the shower was a bit patchy. Never mind, all the more reason for a spa instead!

Positive: All communications with the Vineyard/host were exceptional, they are genuinely keen to please and were very responsive to our requests. Upper Reach has amazing wines (no wonder they have achieved so many awards!) and it was wonderful to have a tasting on check-in. The property is beautiful and very serene. The 120 year old cottage was very comfortable and had most of the facilities that we wanted.
Summary: Stunning property, fabulous wines, caring hosts, comfortable bed - what more could you ask for?
