Positive: Stunning setting, lovely helpful staff, wonderful breakfast.

Negative: WiFi was fine in one room of our suite and horrible in the other. The pillows were very hard. Although we checked ahead of time, there were really no vegan options for dinner at the restaurant.

Summary: Beautiful setting and wonderful staff, but poor internet and uncomfortable pillows.

Positive: The place is beautiful and of great value. We had a great experience with a lot of things to do there. The staff is kind and professional. The rustic infrastructure helps create a Tuscany mood in the place.

Negative: Just the toilet needs some maintenance, but it's understandable due to the old infrastructure.
