Summary: Apartment was wonderful, location great and fabulous sunsets every night. Really great communication with property owner. There is a property manager that lives behind the unit who was very helpful and kind, she does use the kitchen so just be aware of that. Would love to see some comfy chairs out on the patio. Over all stay was excellent.

Summary: Pros: Great location, unparalleled views, modern furnishings. The place is beautiful. Cons: Lima coastline is cool and damp and you are right on the coast. It was 57 degrees inside and unit only had one small, portable heater. This made for a cool, damp sleep for two of the rooms. There is an onsight person named Pina who lives in the back. I’m sure this is culturally normal, but as sweet as she was, we found it pretty invasive to have her walk in at any time. We also would leave to go eat and plug in the heater to try and warm the place up a bit before we came home. She would enter and unplug it every time, so we’d come home to a cold, damp unit. The unit is awesome but you will have zero privacy.
