3 Bedroom Villa in Onamia

3 bedroom beach villa sleeps up to 8 people. Fully enclosed patio overlooks the lake that includes lawn chairs. The large living room has a wood burning fireplace with flat screen TV. The kitchen has quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. Stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware, utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, blender, and mixer. Half bath and laundry complete the main floor. As always we use disinfecting cleaning products where possible. Private master bedroom & bath with deck, 2 more bedrooms and full bath on the 2nd floor with linens and towels that are washed in scent free detergent. Two parking spots outside the villa. Sorry no pets or smoking.
Bring your own charcoal to grill. Enjoy all the area has to offer, fully updated clubhouse/restaurant, pool, golf course and marina, tennis courts, pickleball court and playground.
Based on the amount of time we need to allow for cleaning between renters we will consider adjusting the check in and/or check out time on a case by case basis and will incur an additional fee of $50 for early check in and $50 for late check out for a 2 hour adjustment.
We give all the codes and passwords the morning of the rental. There is a map of Izatys in the photo

Summary: Enjoyed our stay, property as advertised and very nice updates to the place. We’ve stayed in similar townhomes at the resort and this was our favorite so far. Communication with the owner was great.

Summary: Effortless communication with owners. The open floor plan made the place feel larger than other condos within the resort. Not too far of a walk to the pool. Fire-pit being directly outside was a big bonus!

Summary: This was a great villa that worked very well for our family. It was very clean, had all the essential furnishings needed, and had a great view of Mille Lacs Lake. The enclosed patio was awesome and the shared firepits were a great place to enjoy the views! Ronald was a very responsive host when we had questions too! Highly recommend staying at this villa.
