This one bedroom self contained flat is set back off the road in a quiet garden setting. Light and airy with all day sun, it is the perfect place to sit, relax and listen to the birds. The property is 8 minutes from Otaki Beach, and close to shops in the the town and on the highway. With Wellington and Palmerston North each just an hour's drive away it provides a great base to explore the Kapiti Coast, Wellington and the Manawatu.
The whole flat has been recently refurbished, with a kitchen that has everything you may need including a dishwasher and microwave. Comfortable sofa and armchair in the living area mean you can enjot the garden views or, in the evening, relax with a good book or glass of wine. The bedroom has further views on to the garden, with curtains carefully matched. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, and there is a full laundry with washer/drier.

Summary: We had a perfect one night stay in this immaculate, peaceful property. We would love to have stayed longer. The only disadvantage is that it is some distance to the beach, necessitating a short drive in the car to get there. If that doesn’t matter to you, then this place can’t be beat.
