Positive: Our amazing experience started the moment we booked and we received a lovely message from the apartment owner Paolo. We knew we were going to have a great stay. Paolo was welcoming, helpful, kind and provided us with so many extras (fresh fruit, drinks, cereals, snacks)that made us feel at home. He even kindly ordered us a very early morning taxi which we were incredibly grateful for. We never have experienced this wonderful welcome at any other accommodation. We would like to rate this apartment higher than 10 as our stay was exceptional. The apartment was modern, bright and had everything our family of 4 needed. The coffee machine, washing machine, dryer, and iron were a fabulous bonus. The apartment is a few steps away from Labrante metro station which makes it easy to go sightseeing or to connect to day tours. Thank you Paolo very much.

Positive: Everything was just perfect! This is the best apartment we’ve ever seen! It is exceptional clean and comfortable! Paolo is a kind and helpful person. He is just great! Any question? He is right here to help! Fridge was full of groceries, drinks and snacks. Our kids were happy to have variety of cookies, jams, snacks, Nutella, etc… Coffee and tea were very yummy, as well. We can give only compliments to this apartment and its owners! Go there - you will never regret! Thank you, Paolo! And good luck to have a nice clients!

Positive: The name of these apartments says it all—you will truly relax in Milano because the host has thought of every little detail. The place is so nice cozy, and every corner of the interior is carefully planned—even the bookstands! The location of the apartment is also very convenient, with nearby public transport stops, making it easy to reach both the Сentral station and the city center. Positive: Paolo and his wife Elisabetta really went out of their way to make their guests feel at home. They stocked up the fridge with food, snacks, drinks and were very attentive to our every needs. Paolo would walk to the restaurants and booked dinner reservations for us when we weren't able to book online. He called a taxi for us on our check out day and came to help us with our luggage. The special lighting was fun! The apartment is immaculate with every attention to detail. He is the best host we have ever had! Thank you both for everything! We highly recommend booking this apartment when you are in Milan. Getting to the different sights was easy. We used a taxi to get around.
