Positive: The host was genuine and even when we were late in arriving she kept communicating as to how far we were and if we were still coming. The gentleman at the property was very easy going and extremely helpful. On our first day after arriving and dropping off our bags, we went into the Town og Montego Bay to grab a few items and on our way back the car transmission failed and left us stranded. The people in the community were very helpful because majority of them stopped to render assistance, calling mechanics and even attempted to pull our car with theirs, and calling toe truck. The gentleman at the property also reached out to a mechanic by the name of Leonel and have him come to the property to check the car and although he couldn't take it on because the car is HYBRID, they were relentless in their efforts to call every mechanic they know who might have the expertise. He finally connected me with an expert in the field by the name of John Paul and he was very instrumental in us getting back on our Journey to home. HE DEFIED ALL ODDS! and even used his own car to search for places opened to get some parts as it was late in the evening and not everywhere opens on weekends. Even though it was not a general work day for him, John Paul was in dialogue with us every step of the way until we told him we were home safe and like wise the gentleman at the property who called to ensure we were home safe and even when the mechanics were at the house working on the car he was right there with us. I just want to say thanks to everyone who played apart in our experience, even the ones who simply asked if we were ok.

Positive: I really liked the place: comfy with the AC. It had a kitchen and table with utensils along with a microwave and fridge. I'd imagine it'd be a convenient place for a group or family to stay. The living room had a TV and two couches (AC in kitchen pointing towards living room). The room I stayed in had 2 beds (one bed easily could fit two while the other just one adult) and a TV along with AC and a bathroom (forgive improper grammar)
Negative: I'd say my only complaint is the location. When you click the link for Google Maps, it takes you to the wrong place much to the frustration of my Uber driver. If you type in "Carlton Crescent, St. Bran's Burg", that'd give the most accurate location I believe. The owner was helpful as was the individual "Carl" on site, which was a plus. He helped me get a local taxi in the morning. Local taxi only cost like $500 Jamaican dollars, which was awesome. That said, they're not as easy to get a hold off and "Carl" (person on site) helped with that. They do sleep in so like if going for a 0900 flight, I wouldn't have the expectation of getting a local taxi. I also had several failed attempts at getting someone on the Uber app to accept a pick up request. So unless one has a personal car or has something definitely planned for pick up in the earlier part of the morning, this place despite the awesome comfort, may not be the best. Uber or Taxi on uber app or Jamaican taxi online all definitely cost more (Uber cheaper though underpriced per drivers which makes sense).

Positive: The caretaker was very helpful and the owner was available by WhatsApp. The WiFi was excellent.
Negative: The house was difficult to find and isn’t pinned correctly in Booking.com. There was a lot of loud music being played by one of the neighbours each night and late.

Positive: The staff and owner were wonderful. It was a nice place for my grandmother and myself to relax.
Negative: The only reason I didn't rate a 10 because for most of my stay expect for the last two days I had no hot water. I was sick by the time the hot water was flowing.
