Positive: location, very easy to get to Old San Juan, good restaurants, and for a great price. This was very economically as we were traveling with family, so we had plenty of space.

Negative: The neighborhood is a bit noisy. Lots of dogs barking and roosters crowing, which you can hear in the house at night. I am not a light sleeper, but if you are one, this may not be the place for you
