Summary: We stayed at a lovely home located in the heart of Arlington. There is so much to do nearby and the metro is so close! The host made sure to stay in contact with us the whole time to ensure that we had an amazing experience throughout the weekend! The apartment is very spacious and it has a cute balcony to look out from.

Summary: Generally the unit is fine. Several of our towels were dirty with lots of hair. One BR has 2 large beds that prevent use of the closet - strange layout. Appliances, faucets, countertops, cabinets are stock and nothing special. Lots of chipped corners typical of a rental unit. Very limited lighting. A repair man showed up right after we arrived to install a new ice maker in the frig....the new one didn't work either.The location and surrounding area are great. The building lobby is well secured with key fob entry and a doorman. Parking is located in the building if you have a car. Beds were comfortable. Everything worked properly (other than the ice maker). For the price, this unit was fine.

Summary: The pictures uploaded to this listing do not represent the condition of the apartment. There were several things broken and stains on nearly every wall. There were broken counters in the kitchen and stains on the rug in the living room as well. The toilet in the primary bathroom rocks and shows signs of leakage at the base. The guest shower is not properly sealed and there is paint chipping off the tile also. I took many photos and videos and notified the host of my concerns. In reply the host sent automated messages that did not even address the issues. I had to remind them that I had concerns to get the conversation started and they offered no resolution or discount. I will not stay here again

Summary: We had a wonderful stay and it was the perfect spot for easy Uber or metro trips into the city. Also great to have parking for when we wanted to drive in. The apartment is bright and clean, perfect for our larger family. The area is very safe and convenient!! Would definitely stay again on return trips.
