With one large double bedroom, and two with single beds, it will cater for most family groups and has a spacious kitchen and living room. The kitchen boasts ample workspace, a five burner hob (and pepsi light!) and is fully equipped - with a table seating six or more. The living room seats seven with TV, DVD, stereo etc. A private, sunny terrace garden to the side is great for summer barbecues and also for secure storage for bicycles. The house is a (brisk) 5/8 minute walk from the Old Town and Margate beach - and is also close to the Cliftonville beaches.
