Enjoy your days and evenings relaxing either in the living room next to the fireplace or the patio next to the private pool. You will find comfort and class in this beautifully decorated home just miles away from Val Vista lakes and downtown Gilbert. Walk to Starbucks and the grocery store. This property is close to many golf courses and hiking trails. This property would be perfect for 2 couples ( Each bedroom has its own bathroom and are on opposite sides of the house).
May not be suitable for small children due to the pool ( NOT HEATED ) EXTREMELY QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD -NO PARTIES.
All pets should be away from the furniture, if dog hair is found under the cushions an additional charge may be added.

Summary: I spent 4 months during the winter of 2024-2025 at this lovely property. It was even nicer than what the photos indicate. It's conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, etc. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood, which was a bonus for me. The owner, Wade, was very kind and respectful. He came about every 10 days or so to clean the pool, etc, and always informed me well in advance of his arrival. Wade was also very quick to respond to any questions I had during my stay.

Summary: We had the best stay! Beautiful home and pool area! This is our second stay at this property. Our host Wade is fantastic! Very helpful and kind. Especially during the airline strike when our flight home was cancelled he as very understanding. Would highly recommend staying here!

Summary: Everything about this beautiful rental is fabulous! We had a wonderful, communicative host, the kitchen is totally stocked with cookware and dishes (including little kindnesses of coffee, sugar, creamer, cold water and ice, all spices provided), the pool is beautiful, landscaping gorgeous, private backyard- we made fresh lemonade from the lemons off the lemon tree in the yard, the layout of the home is great-especially if there were two couples staying, there are two large bedrooms at opposite ends of the house and two bathrooms, large common area- living room, spacious kitchen and a great location and neighborhood. Shopping, restaurants, golfing all close by. Do yourself a favor and have a great vacation getaway by staying here. We will be back!
