Summary: This is my first stay in a VRBO property and I was very impressed. I was in the Lansing area for my son's wedding and had several family members staying with me. The property was in a very nice, and very quiet neighborhood. The property was very clean. The kitchen was quite nice. There was more room in house than I had expected and everything was modern and functional. The location was perfect, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and anything else we might have needed. It was only 15 minutes from the wedding venue which was very nice as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We enjoyed a wonderful stay for a mini-family reunion. Home is located conveniently to MSU, Lake Lansing and Lansing proper. The house itself was clean and very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, including essentials like S & P. There is no central air but there are window units in the upstairs bedrooms and plenty of fans. Beds are very comfortable and we have family members with back issues! The lower level was a bonus with a third bedroom and full bath. The backyard is lovely and the pool clean and refreshing. Would definitely recommend and we'll be back.

Summary: Our first impressions were not great. We had to go to the neighbor to check in. This house is a duplex. It is not a stand alone property. That was not posted at the time that we booked. It wasn’t a problem for us, but still something that should be known before booking. There is no central air and the living room gets hot. We were there in the middle of July and it was very warm in the house when we checked in. We kept blinds closed and put blankets over bedroom windows to keep the heat out. They definitely need to do a better job dusting and checking things before people check in. Lots of cobwebs and some outlets not working. My son was also stun by wasps that flew out of the handlebars of the waterslide the first night we were there. We purchased some raid and took care of it ourselves. That being said, we still had a wonderful time at this home. The outdoor area is so beautiful. The landscaping is gorgeous. The pool is fantastic. We definitely utilized the backyard, probably more than the house. Most of our time was spent back there. If you’re going for the pool, this house will not disappoint. If you need all the bells and whistles, this might not be the house for you.

Summary: We were very disappointed that the pool was FREEZING. The solar cover was set off to the side and never on it. The landscaping was not well-kept. Just a little underwhelming but didn't ruin a great time away with friends. The home was nice. We didn't need to utilize the basement as there was two bedrooms upstairs. But we did use the full bath down there. The basement was beautiful but very musty smelling. We also noticed a lot of little spiders and a few ants during our stay.

Summary: We had adult kids and spouses come in from east coast for football game. Location was convenient. Accommodations were very comfortable for 6 adults. Place was very clean and we enjoyed the yard and fire pit. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom were perfect to spread us out some. Recommend very highly.

Summary: My husband and I stayed here for almost 2 weeks. The house is convenient to everything and a very quick drive to MSU. Everything in the house is newly updated and the mattresses are very comfortable. Having access to the pool while MI was having a bit of a heat wave was wonderful. The owners were very helpful and very quick to respond.to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The house was beautiful and so very clean, with a well equipped kitchen. The house did not have central air, but did have units in the bedrooms , and with fans the house was comfortable. The basement suite was also lovely, modern, and clean but quite stuffy. We ran fans continuously to move the air. The pool was also well maintained and clean, but unheated(I never thought to check). The yard could do with a good weed whacking. It was close to so many things, yet the pool let us just hang out and be together.
