Positive: We like the location, the swimming pool, the view and the sunsets....the apartment was nice.
Negative: The traffic noise! The fact that the AC didn't work, we had to complain and the owner sent in a technician that fixed the main living area but not the master bedroom. The other big factor is her beds they are disgusting!! The mattresses are covered in body fluid stains including blood!! She needs to change the mattresses!!!! The apartment is not blue by the way. She said she just painted it and didnt have time to change the pictures.
