Situated in a beach type neighborhood within minutes to First & Second Beach, the famous Newport Cliff Walk and local restaurants for dinner and breakfast. Downtown Newport is also just a short drive, Uber or taxi away.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. This home is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood but is only minutes from First Beach, the Cliff Walk and downtown Newport etc. It is also centrally located in RI so we were able to take a short drive and dine on the water in Tiverton, take a Ferry ride around Jamestown viewing 10 lighthouses and so much more and drive to Narraganset Bay as well. When we did spend time at the house the kids had a blast in the pool, played basketball, bad minton, games at night, piano. So much to do. I highly recommend.

Summary: This property was in a lovely quiet neighborhood, close to all the important attractions (Newport, beaches, nature walks, vineyard, polo!) Our family loved the pool, volleyball setup, and lawn for bocci ball. The house was well appointed. Lots of sitting room for the family. Great washer and dryer. We had a wonderful stay!

Summary: We spent a fantastic week at this wonderful, safe, comfortable, convenient family home in a great neighborhood. Perfect location just 5 minutes to second beach and under 10 minutes to downtown Newport. We stayed during a very hot humid week and fully utilized the large above ground pool and available A/C. We enjoyed the back deck for morning coffee and takeout dinners and had many fun kids vs adult volley ball games over the net that was set up in the backyard. We comfortably fit two families- total of 4 adults and 4 teens- but that is definitely the max. We would 100% come back again!
