The property sits on two and a half acres and is along the north fork of the San Gabriel River. You will love the large open floorplan allowing everyone to relax on the comfortable furniture and watch a favorite move on the flat-screen TV. The family will love gathering together for a night of awesome board games. The sun porch will be the perfect place to unwind, drink a cup of coffee, or have that glass of wine. Both homes feature lots of open space and fully equipped kitchens ready to help you make those delicious homemade meals for everyone to share. Convene around the fire pit in the backyard and create lasting memories! The kids will love playing on the playground!
You're super close to the San Gabriel River for a full day of sun and cool water. Take a quick walk down the driveway and go for a delightful swim! When the levels are up, be sure to relax and float the river or try out some fly fishing for carp, catfish, sunfish, longnose gar, and bass. If you really want to get to know the Gabe, take out a canoe or kayak. Take the afternoon and unwind and go to the Thirsty Mule Winery and Vineyard! This winery is a quick drive from the house! Do some antique shopping at Junque & Disorderly Antiques. Take a day and visit one of the many parks such as Lion's Foundation Park, Liberty Hill Veterans Park, and Liberty Hill City Park. Have some fun and go to the Best of the West Shooting range!

Summary: The home itself was nice! The property was nice. However, there was no WiFi and in this day, that should not happen! I guess this place would be great if you came to unplug. We weren’t there for a vacation or get away. We were there for a wedding weekend. Having no wifi and only one tv in the main space was not something we prefer. If you do, then you will like it. Communication was also terrible. Had to request the code for the second house. It was f given to us. We also did not know how to get in the gate when arriving. Bring a fan for the back bedrooms if you stay here, because they are warmer than the rest of the house! Again, the home itself is nice, clean and a good space. If that’s all you need, this one is for you.

Summary: This property was perfect for our getaway with extended family. The two buildings were well appointed, maintained, and very clean. Communication with the property management was timely and clear. The access to the San Gabriel River out back was awesome. And the proximity to local Liberty Hill attractions is great. Would definitely recommend and return.

Summary: These two homes were perfect for our needs. First of all, they were super clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space in and outdoors for our group of 8. The younger adults had a home to themselves to stay up late and visit. The older folks had our own space to retire early. The area was peaceful and pleasant. The river was clean and gently flowing. This is a great place and we will definitely visit again.

Summary: The house was clean, spacious and perfect on the river front. Second house was big and comfortable. The trash was not taken out so half full already when we got there so not much room to put 3 days of trash for 11 people so critters got in the trash. Refrigerator took forever to cool so maybe not turn off the fridge between guests. Also, not easy to get down the ladder by the river with chairs and stuff...very slippery at the base of the ladder step. Otherwise everything was great. River was not high but perfect and clean for little ones with a nice river bank to sit and relax on. Fishing wasn't great but we did manage to catch some non keepers. Will love to come back one day.

Summary: Peaceful, pretty home and guest house on the San Gabriel River. Plenty of space to spread out. Access to the river itself is difficult (steep, broken stairs), but the river is fun for kids to wade and splash around. No wifi and cell phone service is spotty, so be ready to unplug!

Summary: We rented this property to stay close to High Pointe Estates wedding venue because my daughter was getting married. We stayed the night before and the night of the wedding. It was perfect! Pet friendly for our toy Aussie, river frontage, beautifully landscaped, tons of stuff for the kids to do, great playground, lots of beautiful outdoor areas for kids to explore. The kids were able to go down to the river and catch minnos in their hands. The river was shallow immediately in front of the property, but just to the right has a shelf that drops off that is perfect for swimming and fishing! The house was beautiful. Decorated beautifully and simply, the owners thought of all needs like hampers, closets equipped with shelves and hangers, full sized washer and drier, large fridge with great ice maker, dishwasher and much more. The shower in the main bathroom was like being at a spa. I left with a lot of ideas for remodeling my own home. Our only disappointment was not having enough time to spend on the property and that we had to leave😭
