The house is heated by a wood stove. In the bedrooms it has additional radiators (electric) if required, in the bathroom underfloor heating.
Our house is located in the charming mountain village Mathon in Graubünden at 1520 m above sea level.
The house is located in the middle of the village center, it belongs to the old village center. For many years it was a lively inhabited farmhouse. Due to its location, the view of the valley and the mountains is limited.
In recent years, we have gradually renovated the house with the help of a renowned architect - old and modern elements harmonize with each other and make the house a homey yet comfortable holiday home.
