Charming home-Hot summers dip in an unheated pool. Backyard with table, lounge chairs, bar bq propane. Living room couches & netflix large screen TV. Airy 6 person dining open to the kitchen. Enjoy the staples coffee, cream, sugar, coffee pot, toaster, china & pool plastics, dishwasher, pots, high chair and gas stove. Primary bedroom pillow top Queen & twin, TV & en suite. Next bedroom has 2 twins & TV. Last bedroom has queen. All beds are upstairs. Lease and ID required. Realtor Barb Eagan at Limestone Investments manages many more properties. No guests allowed past 6. HAVE FUN!! Check in day codes come on your email by 3. Make arrangements if you can not confirm receipt of codes at 3pm. Monthly rates also available, plus power & gas.
Realtors Jim and Barb Eagan own Limestone Investments...we manage many property size and amenities. Jim and I are both former Air Force and caught the travel bug while serving our country. We travel extensively throughout the year and for over 40 years. As we started traveling we learned a lot about places that we stayed, why we picked it, what we liked and disliked about the stay. As we started buying our own properties and manage rentals for others we incorporated these ideas.
A funny stay we had in another country when Air & V were new had green hot dogs and Mayo in a cupboard. Yukko, lol. No coffee pot and no knives to make salsa with. Rather than report the owner we invited her for a visit. She appreciated us help her come up to reasonable standards and amenities. This philosophy carries through on our stays today and we ask guests to also help all owners/managers with things that can be overlooked or be unnoticed since they don`t live or stay in the properties. As this really can hurt a person that depends on the income with one bad review. Albeit, gross negligence and rude operators need blasted.
I have always been in customer service positions and thoroughly enjoy the interactions about travels and accepting suggestions on the rentals we manage. Recently, I had to drop by a property with family members from Cuba, Mexico and France. Honestly, the languages were a bit funny with translations or charades to make a point. We enjoyed each others so much I ditched work that day and we had a blast for hours and hours. Now, I can`t do that very often but it was a very pleasurable afternoon. That`s a small taste of why I love this job.

Summary: We booked this stay to go to the When We Were Young festival with friends. We're a bunch of 30 somethings that don't party too hard anymore and this place was perfect. Property was just as described and clean. Close enough to everything we needed but didn't run into any traffic of the strip or tourists. We hung out by the pool during the day, BBQ'd, and played music. We went to the festival in the evening and came back just to sleep. The beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and showers were nice and hot. Our host left towels for the pool and had great communication. The whole team was very accommodating. We look forward to booking again if we are ever in the area! Thanks Barb and team!

Summary: I cannot say enough kind words about the host, Barb. She was very helpful, answered all of my questions whenever I reached out and was incredibly quick in responding. One of the best hosts I have encountered. The house was clean, well-kept and had well thought out instructions for the guests. I would definitely stay here again!!
