Summary: For the price... it is a little crazy that check-in isn't until 4p, and from previous experience I know they charge you extra for early check-in. Pool gets overcrowded because it is available (for cheap) to the public. Staff at reception was AWESOME, and kept it simple when checking-in. Outside valet staff, though I didn't use the service, was friendly to everyone coming in and out. Overall, the hotel was clean which is always a GREAT thing. I probably will only stay there (in the future) when I have enough Hotels.com points to knockdown the crazy price, but it is still a nice hotel at the northern peak of Vegas.

Summary: The hotel lobby is very clean and smells amazing. Both car valet drivers I interacted with were very pleasant. After our first night, we pressed the “service” button by the front door and left our room with our used towels on the floor expecting to have our room made up and new towels replenished. After returning to the room late that evening, neither were done. At 4:00 am that next early morning, found out the water in the hotel was non existent. Had a funeral to attend and family obligations and was unable to shower and had to brush my teeth in the casino bathroom. Very upset.

Summary: The hotel was wonderful, the pool was awesome! The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The only issue was really with Hotel.com. They scammed me. Hotels.com charged me $200.00 that included a resort fee of $40.00. However when I arrived at the hotel, I was charge and additional resort fee of $140.00. Making my stay $340. Much higher then had I just booked the room through aliente hotel itself. My complaint to Aliente... if you know hotels.com is ripping customers off, don't allow reservations for your hotel through hotels.com or any other site that you know is scamming your customers.

Summary: Our stay at the hotel was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We especially loved spending time by the pool and enjoying some quality time together. The only downside was the limited variety of dining options—we would’ve appreciated more choices.

Summary: I like that they had a doorbell to ring if you have company and the privacy button was good too. The problem I had was, I couldn't turn the faucet to a more heavier stream of water and the bed could have been a little bit more firm. The conciers, the receptionist and the bell hops were very nice. The only problem I had was returning to the hotel after 10pm or 11pm, there was nobody there to valet my car and I had to park far away in the parking lot, which was very painful for my lower back.

Summary: Everything looked clean and well kept. The only thing that was a problem, I my pillowcase smelt like an old man's breath, but they fixed it as soon as I told them about it. The bed could've been a little firmer but that's all I like it, otherwise all is well. PS. there was no alkaline water in the gift shop.
