Nestled on 5 acres and conveniently close to Arrington, Franklin, Nolensville, Murfreesboro and Nashville. This relaxing retreat is fully furnished with a king size Casper bed as well as a double bed loft area. Fun and rustic design/construction is the handiwork of husband and wife duo, who finally made their dream come true. The front porch rocking chairs will be your favorite spot for morning coffee and evening sunsets.
The space
Kitchenette is fully furnished with the basics to make a hot meal !
Small refrigerator/ freezer with room for cold food .. can be stocked with a few of your favorite beverages upon request !
A cooler located on the front porch is available for you to use all well .
Small bar top in the kitchen is a great work space with a view .
You are welcome to use any of the fishing poles and tackle you see hung up to the left of the grill area . Please return as you found them !

Barn is set up to accommodate 2 adults and loft area is for up to 2 children maximum. Please use caution with ladder and don’t leave children unattended.
Guest access
The property offers plenty of outdoor activities such as a fire pit , fishing pond , and fresh eggs upon request ! You are welcome to walk the property but no guests are permitted onto the main residence back deck , pool, or front yard area.
-You are welcome to use any of the fishing poles and tackle you see hung up to the left of the grill area . Please return as you found them !
- The pond is stocked and you are welcome to walk out on the dock and to the island to fish . Please make sure children are not left unattended around the water !
-parking is only permitted on gravel driveway
-chickens may be out roaming during daylight hours , they usually keep to themselves and the rooster is protective of his ladies so keep your distance please .
- we have a dog who often roams the property, her name is Petty . If you aren’t comfortable with that we can plan accordingly .
-swing set are for children 12 and under only :)
Other things to note
The unit is part of an entire barn. Remainder of the barn is used as personal workspace that owners may periodically access throughout your stay. We will always communicate if we plan to do so. The door leading to those areas will be locked and remain so .
We do have a rooster and he is up with the sun ! A sound machine is provided for those who aren’t early risers !

Summary: My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights while visiting family in the area. It was the perfect place for us, comfortable, clean, and very peaceful. We loved having our coffee and breakfast on the porch every morning. We had everything we needed, and Alissa was a great host.

Summary: This place was great and we would definitely stay here again! Easy to get to, private, comfortable. We saw the chicken's wandering around and two rabbits go across the yard, the Northern Lights were a nice touch! 😂 Seriously, we would highly recommend staying here. Working with the host was great, and the room had plenty of amenities.

Summary: Our family loved every minute at the barn bungalow! Our 2 year old was in heaven with the space to run around and play on the playground. The barn was sparkling clean, and every detail was thought out perfectly. You can see the love and care that is put into the property. We loved the fireplace feature when winding down at night & our favorite spot was rocking on the front porch. The sunsets! Alissa, Kevin and their family were absolutely delightful and always responsive. They even left a set of blocks out for our daughter to play with, and she did everyday. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be close to Franklin, Murfreesboro and the surrounding areas to explore. Must stay! We hope to be back again. Thanks again! The Ruocco Family

Summary: My wife and I loved everything about the Barn! The hosts were so above and beyond accommodating and hospitable! Left us an assortment of snacks and drinks, as well as farm fresh eggs! They also gave us great local gems to check out. Perfect location to some great hiking/waterfalls and caves as well as a cool archeological park and vineyard. Quick to get into NASH if you so desire but perfect if you're looking for a little more country and quiet. There is even a pond to sit by and read or wet some lines. The barn (the cabin) was immaculately clean and no detail is spared in this cute,perfectly laid out place. We will be back for sure!
