This 3-bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom family home is spacious and accommodating for those looking to relax while away from the slopes, trails, or other adventure or family event.
The home is ideally situated close to hiking trails, mountain biking trails, and lakes for paddle sports. It has a large family room perfect for movie or game nights and a utensil-stocked kitchen for those wanting to stay in for dinner.
The house is 7 minutes away from Wachusett Mountain Ski Resort, 3 minutes from Wachusett Brewery, and 1 minute away from the Old Mill Restaurant with lovely views of Round Meadow Pond. The house has a garage and is situated directly off Route 2A and 1/2 mile from Route 2, which makes it easy to get out and onto well-plowed/sanded roads even after a Nor'easter!
We provide a home to travelers to the area that need some relaxation and a change of pace. Most of our travelers come for family reunions, weddings, and graduations and we love providing a home environment to help create those memories. Westminster is a small town and a wonderful place to visit for vacations!
(Please no parties, on-site weddings or large gatherings. We do not have the staff for large-scale cleaning operations and we live in a residential neighborhood.)

Summary: I rented this property for my wedding weekend to accommodate my out of town relatives that were visiting. They loved the easy access to the house, the cleanliness, and spaciousness of this home. There were plenty of beds, clean towels, and rooms for everyone to be comfortable during their stay in Central Mass.

Summary: We have family in Ashburnham and always struggle with where to stay when visiting them and this home was perfect for our family. The house is much larger than it appears in the listing and had plenty of space for our two children and grandparents. Very close to nearby restaurants and walking distance to the Old Mill! Beds were comfy and kitchen had everything we needed. Owners were very welcoming and responsive. The tv room also has a piano and was a fun room for our kids !
