Summary: We have just returned after a week's stay at Maria's amazing summer home. The villa is absolutely beautiful - even more so than the photos suggest. There were six of us- young and older adults - and everyone felt it was the best villa holiday ever. Maria greeted us and made us feel very welcome. She is the perfect hostess! Her home is immaculate and truly charming. We could not believe the size of the property - all the separate seating areas, the huge pool, the super summer house, the games room and gym, the open spaces within the grounds with plenty of shade or sun as wished. The property has a Spanish/Moorish feel to it with wonderful decorations and ornaments and we felt truly in the lap of luxury. Everything we could have possibly needed or wanted was provided - and we all fell in love with her gorgeous dog Lulu. This is an exceptional property and we would love to return. The walk into town is just 10 minutes with enough bars and shops to cater for our needs. We very rarely left the villa - as it was so lovely - but it's just 30 minutes to wonderful clean unspoilt beaches by car. We would certainly recommend Maria's villa. We can't imagine a better place to stay. Thank you Maria! Muchas gracias por todos!

Summary: I’ve tried to write this review a few times now and each time I’ve struggled to find the right words. As a family we’ve been renting villas for our summer holidays for many years and I can say, without doubt, this is the best we’ve ever stayed in, by a long way. The space, the privacy, the cleanliness, the pool, the gym, the garden, the garden kitchen, the intimate sitting areas are just fabulous. You will not find a better villa in which to spend your holidays, there is everything you need and more; plenty of towels for villa and beach, inflatables for the 16.5m pool, pool table, table football, basketball hoop, to name just a few ....but please don’t book until we’ve reserved our next holiday as we will be going back! And before I close I must say something of Maria and her lovely dog Lulu... Maria is the perfect hostess, always extremely friendly, smiling and pleased to point us to bakeries, restaurants etc. Lulu will keep you company and make sure you have a companion if you’ve left your own dogs at home. Summary: We had a wonderful 7 night holiday in this delightful villa. We couldn't believe the size and the amount of space we had and thoroughly enjoyed the privacy the property provided. The pictures are all accurate and Maria was the perfect host/owner.

Summary: I absolutely loved this place, so much so Maria gave us permission to have our wedding ceremony here in August 2018. Such a beautiful villa, the grounds are huge and having a massive pool really kept my daughter happy. We spent 2 weeks here and really didn’t want to go home! Maria and little LuLu greeted us and welcomed us into their home, you really couldn’t ask for a better host! We would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday away from all the hustle and bustle of a busy town but within walking distance to the local village. Summary: We stayed in this Villa July 2018 for 2 weeks. On arrival you drive through electric gates up to the villa. We were met by the delightful owner Maria and her cute little dog Lulu. We were shown around the villa and summer house as soon as we arrived and we were all blown away by the quality and size of everything. The villa has a lovely large living area, small well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 4 beautiful clean bedrooms. We did not spend a lot of time in the villa as the pool and summer house had everything we could possibly need. There is a football area with 2 goals, table tennis, bar football table, gym and a large perfect clean pool with plenty of inflatables to use. The pool was a delight in the evenings when lit up and the children stayed in the pool till late. The gym is set below the summer house area and is cool and was used by us all. We were very impressed with outside TV area, were we watched the World Cup with a few glasses of wine. There are plenty of beautiful perfect shaded areas for when the sun was too hot. The summer house has a fully equipped air conditioned kitchen/dinning area were we cooked all our meals. We did not venture out much as the summer house/pool had everything we needed, therefore making our holiday very enjoyable and relaxing. We had a few walks into the beautiful little village Monover to stretch our legs. We did our shopping in the larger supermarkets in Elder which was a 20 minute drive. We ate out a few times in beauitful Alicante. It was so nice to meet Maria, she was always on hand to help us and answer any questions we had, no problem was ever too small. making our holiday much easier. All in all we would 100% recommend this villa as we would love to return the future.
