Positive: Our group stayed at this hotel during an event in town. It’s about a 40 min drive from IAH airport if traffic is light. The reception area was simple and clean, and there’s a nice pool at the back of the hotel. One of the highlights for us was the little “Chinatown” just behind the hotel only a 3 mins walk away. There, you’ll find a great mix of restaurants and shops where you can try different cuisines and buy everyday items. The rooms were generally good,some better than others, but overall comfortable. Staff members Viola and Hua were especially warm and welcoming and happy to assist with anything we needed.
Negative: A few things could be improved: -The bathroom could use a deep clean (a bit of bleach would help), as the ventilation doesn’t seem to work well and there was some mold. -The pillows could be more comfortable. -The elevator was out of service from Sunday to Tuesday, so we had to use the stairs. Still, it was a good stay. I’d recommend this hotel, especially because a few of the other rooms we booked had no issues at all, only one had some minor problems.
Summary: Good stay, convenient but needs tweaks.

Positive: Bed was comfortable . The room set up was pretty
Negative: One of the front desk staff was very rude talking back in a very inappropriate manner . I ask why there is only 3 pillows ? Never got the extra pillow this was our first time being a Rand b rental we’re used to staying in hotels . I didn’t get her name she was the short the chubby. The toilet paper was the worst . If the place says it’s a luxury they really need to keep up with the right products. The room also comes with a mini kitchen and we bought coffee and use the cups and they were dirty they have never being wash in I don’t how long. As well we ordered pizza delivery and use the plates and very dirty we have wash everything we use I didn’t like that our check out was by 10am . We left by 9 am we could wait to leave in hate it they really made us feel unwelcome. Ps we came for my 15 yr old granddaughter yearly mass . She past away last year of cancer
