This oceanfront, single-level townhome is located just 25 feet from the water, offering a front-row seat to stunning sunsets and surfers from the comfort of your lanai. While the Lahaina fire has impacted some parts of the community, this three-bedroom, two-bath unit remains a serene retreat and has been professionally cleaned after the fire to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment.
Beautifully remodeled in late 2017, this townhome offers one of Puamana’s most desirable locations on the "Gold Coast," with easy access to the Dolphin Pool and beach.
Unfortunately, the historic clubhouse and some amenities were lost to the fire, and two of the three swimming pools, including the adult oceanfront pool, are currently undergoing maintenance. However, Puamana continues to provide a unique island experience, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax. The Dolphin Pool remains open and available for guests to enjoy.
Despite these changes, this beautiful oceanfront townhome continues to provide the perfect space for creating unforgettable memories in Maui. Unfortunately, Old Lahaina Town was destroyed in the fires, but restaurants on the north end of town are still open for business.
After a day of enjoying the sun, surf, and adventures of Maui, retreat to three tropically appointed and comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and private bath, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There’s also a full -size Murphy bed in the family/living room, making this configuration ideal for a family.
As Lahaina continues to rebuild, this home on the water still offers one of Maui’s most relaxing Hawaiian settings, perfect for creating treasured vacation memories that will last a lifetime.

Summary: I can’t express how much I loved this house. I took a bunch of my faux daughters and nieces with me this time so that they could experience the magic of Maui. I picked this place after I obsessively searched for the perfect place. FOUND IT! This home is in a gated community of townhouses and it is right on the water. We sat out there in the AM and PM to watch the morning light and sunset every single day and never once did the show repeat. There is a sandy beach down the way but who needed that? The home was lovely, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was right there (except for matches and/or a flashlight because we had several power outages- that was hardly the owners’ fault). But the neighbors are in to save the day. They are AWESOME by the way. So, this is slightly embarrassing but I would sit by the water and get teary eyed because the home, the water and Maui are just that beautiful…Highly recommend! Go whale watching with DiveMaui in Lahaina. They are open! The Safeway is open. Lahaina is back, baby!

Summary: We could not have found a more perfect place for our family vacation. I researched for a very long time before booking our stay and I was so happy with the choice to book Puamana! Being so close to the water made our amazing trip extra special. We were comfortable and we had all the supplies we needed to cook and enjoy our stay. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. Soaking in the view will be a top memory from this trip. We’d return to Puamana in a heartbeat and unit 192-2 would be our first choice! APVR made everything easy, including touching base with small issues that were immediately tended to. Thank you so much for everything.

Although oceanfront there isn’t really a beach area. Good for surfers. Villa was well stocked (especially in the kitchen, lots of towels) and very clean. Loved the patio for watching sunsets, outdoor dining, and late-night card games. Easy access to town (1 mile). Excellent communication. Highly recommend.
