Summary: The good: - beds are (mostly) comfortable and as advertised, accommodating our 7 adults/teens easily - clean - good quality towels and linens - The property manager, Jessica, was very responsive - the hot tub looked nice tho we didn't end up using it. - wifi worked well for our streaming devices The bad: - the kitchen is small with a 3ft square table - a single dish towel and no dish rags (just a sponge) in the kitchen and the dish soap dispenser was empty. - the living room is not large enough hold the 7 of us nor did it have enough seating. - the two bathrooms are 1-person-at-a-time small, maybe not even that depending on how overweight you are. The ugly: - the microwave was broken and unplugged when we arrived. Management was not aware. Jessica said it would be replaced but not until after our stay. - We never did get the keypad lock on the front door to work, just used the lockbox key the whole time instead.

Summary: this was a great place to stay! Was here with some friends and there was plenty of space for everyone, the house was clean upon arrival, the beds were comfy and the kitchen and back yard had everything we needed to have a great weekend. The house was a short drive from downtown and several tourist locations.

Summary: Overall the stay was good, but we would have liked better communication with the owner(s). It was my wedding weekend and I didn’t think that this was going to be an issue. I had emailed the owner at 7 am on my check-in day hoping that maybe we can check in earlier. It was noon and still no respond, which is understandable at that point we though we’d get the code to get in at check in time 3/4 pm. On my way to my rehearsal dinner, it was 5 pm and we still didn’t hear from anyone. I was on the phone for an hour before I got a response from the owner with our information. We had other family staying with us and they unfortunately couldn’t get to the house to freshen up. Fast forward to our checkout date. I texted the owner between 8/9 am to make sure there wasn’t any cleanup rules, nothing was listed on the website. I didn’t get a text back until almost 1 pm. Luckily there wasn’t any rules but had their been we would of not known and probably would of gotten charged for something we were not aware of.

Summary: Stayed here for a friends' weekend get away it was nice to have separate rooms and areas to hang out. Close to a grocery & liquor store (not waking close) and downtown Arvada is amazing!

Summary: The home is well stocked and the game room and hot tub were nice perks! The drive to downtown is about 20 minutes but not too bad. I would highly recommend this place.

Summary: The house was just as described. It was clean, the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. There are a ton of activities for the younger ones....air hockey, ping pong and basketball to name a few. Jessica was very responsive to all our questions both before and during our stay.

Summary: The pictures of the yard made it look much nicer than it actually was. Hot tub was cloudy and not inviting. Hard to find shade in backyard. Served our purpose, was functional but not especially lovely. Also further from Red Rocks than advertised/expected.
