GENERAL: Beautiful double sliding glass door leads to backyard. In-unit LG smart washer and dryer, central A/C & heating, complimentary toiletries, alarm system, keyless entry. Electric Hunter Douglas Shades. Ceiling fans in every room.
PARKING: Garage (no vehicle), driveway (2 vehicles)
OUTDOOR FUN: Directly behind the property are the paths along the Arizona canals. Walk through the back yard gate to access. Perfect for walking, biking, running etc.
**Pool:** There is no additional charge for the heated pool. The host maintains the water temperature at approximately 82 degrees with a maximum depth of over 9 feet. It is heated from 7:30am to 7:00pm between November 1st and March 30th. Safety measures include a pool fence with a self-closing and self-latching gate. To ensure minimal heat loss, please use the pool cover when not swimming. Without the cover, the temperature may vary and become cooler.
**Temperature Control :**Guests cannot adjust the pool temperature themselves. Please contact the host if you have questions.
**Security Cameras: **The outdoor area of this property is equipped with 4 security cameras and a video front door smart doorbell, which may record audio. One camera covers the entire backyard, including the pool and hot tub. Additional cameras are located on the side of the property, front door, and driveway.

Summary: Very clean. Fully stocked with all necessities. Heated pool, hot tub and fire pit were amazing for cooler weather than we expected. No issues getting in, host was very responsive. Close to everything. Even had a security system for the couple nights I had to stay alone. No complaints at all. Would highly recommend and will probably stay again next time we are in the area.

Summary: We stayed here in June 2024 and the property was spectacular! Robert has made this home beautiful! We spent so much time in the pool out back. The deck is also perfect for reading and relaxing on a hot day. The misters help cool it down if needed. The floats that were available were perfect for our kids. Inside, the kitchen was beautiful. The bar was great for meals and hanging out. The TV in the living room is HUGE and was a nice bonus. The bathrooms are very sleek and the huge two person shower in the master is gorgeous. Robert was always available for any question we had while we were out there. We would definitely recommend to anyone!

Summary: This property was perfect for us as it was in the middle of family and everyone was within a 5 min. drive. It was also close to shopping, golf, and about a 20 min drive to Barrett-Jackson which was also a highlight of the trip....would certainly stay here again!

Summary: This home was just what we needed. A relaxing pool and a comfortable place to stay. It became a quiet gathering place after graduation activities. Summary: The BEST thing about this house was location, location, location!! The Arizona canal wash is directly behind the house which allowed us to enjoy daily walks!! It is just two miles to the AZ falls and 4 miles to Scottsdale Fashion Square. There is also a small shopping center a short walk away with several great restaurants, The Henry, Flower Child, North Italia, and AJ’s Fine Foods. We hiked the Cholla trail at Camelback Mountain, which is also just a short drive away. The backyard offered a fabulous retreat with the pool and hot tub and NO EXTRA charge to be heated to a great swimming temp! The yard also offered enough space for my kids to throw the ball around. We really appreciated the wonderful size of the and the great water pressure! The size of the family room tv offered us enjoyable movie nights and made sports games so enjoyable to watch. The kitchen was a pleasure to use and loved how open the floorplan was to enjoy the Family Room, kitchen and kitchen nook area!
