Whether you are looking for a romantic cabin for two or a cozy cabin for a small family getaway with all of the luxury amenities to make everyone happy, “Mountain Escape” is the just what the name implies. It is the perfect place for individuals, couples, or families wanting to escape from the fast pace life.
Remodeled in January 2022, Mountain Escape is quiet peaceful and private log cabin in a secluded, quiet and beautiful half acre forest and has a beautiful view of the mountain and the forest. It is centrally located in peaceful Wears Valley, close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It is also just minutes away from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and only 10 minutes drive to the Metcalf Bottoms entrance of the park.
With a cathedral ceiling and high end upscale decor, the luxury you will find in “Mountain Escape” is evident from the minute you step inside.
The main level boasts a new stainless steel fully equipped kitchen, a new cozy living area with large new smart TV screen, dining table that seats four persons, a queen Murphy bed, and a gas log fireplace, newly remodeled full bath, and large deck that enjoys beautiful views of the mountains, and a spiral staircase that leads to the lower master bedroom.
The lower level consist of over sized master suite with its own bath, a pool table, LCD TV, and an deck with a hut tub.
It is easily accessible by car with well maintained wide roads and ample off road paved parking. This is an upscale cabin with nice views in a very private wooded setting. It is perfect for a honeymoon or a second honeymoon as well as a vacation home for a small family.
For those who need to stay connected, wireless high speed cable internet is provided.

Summary: Came in Thursday for our anniversary weekend. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Hot tub was great, everything worked as it should. We had zero issues. Close to everything, but far enough away for peace and quiet, and an easy drive into the cabin.

Summary: This lovely cabin was exactly what we have been looking for during our visits to the Great Smoky Mountains. The location is perfect, just a few miles from our favorite hiking trails on easily traveled roads. Several grocery stores are only a 15 minute drive. The hosts are wonderful folks. Checked with us to be sure we had everything needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The cabin is thoughtfully furnished with upscale items and quality appliances. Good quality water. Roads to the cabin are paved and safely traveled. Surroundings are quiet and secluded. Thank you Hass and Hanna for sharing your cabin with us. We will definitely be repeat customers. We would give 10 stars to our stay!

Summary: My brand new husband and I stayed here for our mini honeymoon and it was fantastic! The cabin was really cozy and super clean. We used the jacuzzi every night and that was so relaxing, it seemed clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect for us to explore the Smoky Mountains. We cooked all of our meals at the cabin, which had all of the pots and pans we needed. And the hosts are so sweet and accommodating! We had a great time and are looking forward to staying here again soon!

Summary: Communication with property owners is top notch! They were very responsive to questions and advised us of the opportunity to check in early. The cabin was close to town but secluded at the same time. The road was not very steep like some others can be. We loved the electric fireplace downstairs! We would love staying here again.

Summary: Hanna & Hass were incredible hosts - very friendly, accommodating, and communicative! The space is gorgeous, well maintained, and easy to find. This is a great spot to use as a basecamp to explore the smokies, or as a hideaway to hunker down for a lovely weekend. Be sure to check out the new brewery inside the Mountain Bros. General store!

Summary: my husband and i stayed for a week to celebrate our wedding anniversary. we absolutely loved being in the mountains for our very first time and it definitely will not be our last! we also got to see snow on the mountains which we have always wanted to do! we were also excited we got to see bears! the cabin was beautiful and the hosts were absolutely wonderful!
