Summary: Our family was in town for a wedding. There were three couples staying at this house and we had a great time. We had everything that we needed. Grateful that there were a few extras such as additional paper products in restrooms and plentiful towels. We had additional family join us for a few hours one afternoon to watch a game and there was room for all of us.

Summary: The house was perfect for our visit to Kent State. Listing information was accurate. Property was clean and comfortable. We would lodge here again and recommend it especially if traveling with 6-8 people as it provided 3 bedrooms and a bed in remodeled basement.

Summary: Came in for a wedding and wanted a space we could spread out. Located in a quiet neighborhood, close to stores and restaurants, it was perfect for what we were looking for. Owner was quick to respond to request Would defiantly stay again!

Summary: I like the fact that it was on a quiet block, the rooms were on the same floor and the beds are nice sizes.i love the fact that there were two nice size bathrooms and laundry. I did not like the fact that there were no curtain on the front and back doors. Also, I wish the place had more than one t.v.

Summary: Loved our stay here! Super clean, modern, well equipped. The neighborhood was safe and quiet yet close to restaurants and stores. The partially fenced in yard provided privacy. We were in town for a family reunion in Cuyahoga Falls. We will definitely stay here again!

Summary: Loved the open kitchen, dining and family room area. Bedrooms and bathrooms were as described and everything was clean and well stocked. It was in a quite neighborhood very close to Cuyahoga National Park where we could do some hiking. Enjoyed the backyard as well.

Summary: Rented this place over Christmas holiday for for extended family to stay while in the area visiting parents. Very clean, newly renovated, lots of room, sleeps 8. In a great location close to groceries, shopping, national park, Hudson, Peninsula, Kent, Akron. Would definitely stay again the next time we are in town.
