Summary: Rooms tired and restaurant service slow and overpriced for the quality. Perhaps trading on Renaissance name alone. Location great and reception and concierge service very good.

Summary: From arrival to departure and everything in between, the hotel is an absolute dream. Close to the old town (5m walk), it’s an oasis of calm and comfort. Already looking forward to our next stay!

Summary: Excellent concierge, Melvin, who spent lots of his precious time to help us to call places to look for our mishandling by the airlines. We appreciated his patience, manner, and recommendation. Front desk, Stephan, was kind and nice. The exit level of the basement parking lacks elevator access which was difficult for moving larger luggage. Easy to get lost as the basement parking and main entrance of the hotel are not located on the same street. Lacking exterior access and direction between these two entrances of the hotel.

Summary: For a 5 star hotel, it was just average. Like most "expensive" hotels, everything was overpriced and the hotel under delivered. The shower was dangerous, the pool are was cheesy, the breakfast was outrageously over priced and the fruit served was rotten.
