Summary: Great location! Very good Club with great breakfast and evening snacks. Room could be a little cozier and less sterile but very happy overall. Front desk staff wonderful. My room was so quiet I had to set an alarm.

Summary: Room was not cleaned for three days except one time when I asked and people did not come for hours. No business center or avalanle computter No proper restaurant Breakfast was overpriced and in unpleasant large room

Summary: hotel updated, but they did bad way (was here in 2019, it gets worse than it was). 1) you cannot open windows, no fresh air forever, only AC. 2) towels are smaller cheap and not absorbing 3) cleaning overall is bad and cleaning personal is always speaking loud in corridors, you listen them daily 4) new shower design, water is always everywhere in bathroom, no curtains to close when you are in shower. 5) if you use own shampoo or whatever - no place for it in shower part of bathroom 6) it is not enough light/lamps by design, always either dark or grey in room. no bright at all 7) rooms overall looks smaller that they are. about windows they said it is new politics of Marriott. I was a platinum customer before moved to hotels.com. it is just confirmed I did right move. never back to Marriott then, I need fresh air, not AC.

Summary: We were greeted immediately by concierge. The room was not available at 9am, but we could still check in. Agent even offered to call me when room was ready! Concierge not only mapped out our route for our tours but offered to help arrange other tours! Room and staff were exceptional! My only regret is that we only stayed 1 nite!
