Summary: Great hotel- always use it for my Atlanta Airport overnights. Wonderful, knowledgeable staff, good restaurant and bar. Shuttle service is always on time.

Summary: Was the result of a missed flight so it satisfied our need for a place to stay overnight. Seems very nice with a free airport shuttle. Only issue was they charged me for a gift shop purchase and we were never in the gift shop. We got there after 10pm and left at 4 in the morning so the gift shop wasn’t even open. Need to investigate that…..

Summary: Layover due to cancelled flight so short stay. Adequate for our needs staff nice & friendly, very clean & comfortable. Rooms could do with updating slightly dated.

Summary: A one night stay. I’ve been here before and after this experience I won’t be staying again! I requested and paid for an airport facing high level room. We were given and end corridor room with huge tree blocking our view! The WiFi was continually dropping out - you get better in a Super 8!! No milk for the coffee, called reception uninterested so found a cleaner n grabbed a few off her. Pathetic service really for the extortionate fee of staying. Kids running up n down corridors until late evening (2200) - just what’s needed for an early flight! You’ve lost me as a customer.
