Summary: Great location and easy check-in process. The room was very warm and stuffy, even though the temperatures outside was cooler in the 50’s F. This made the sleeping condotions very uncomfortable.

Summary: My go to hotel in Lucerne. It's extremely close to the train station, the Chapel Bridge, and old town. The staff is friendly and the hotel is always well maintained. I wish breakfast was included or a more affordable price point if it's not, but otherwise it's a great spot.

Summary: Decor and furniture in less than typical price range of this room, but the room was clean. Heater did not work and needed portable heater. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent as well as proximity to the train station
