Summary: The room was a little dirty. The power went out which is not thier fault however no one went to check guests had water / drinks and were ok

Summary: When accommodation says resort and shows beautiful pictures of the pool and reception area and dining, you would expect just that. Instead we were welcomed with a resort 30 years after its hey day. Run down, no pool at all, told on arrival the pool was closed. Looked like it had been closed for months, the bbq area was derelict. Overall I was glad to leave, lucky we only stayed one night.

Summary: The room was very clean. Staff was very helpful. I only have one complaint and that was the freezer in the fridge had not been defrosted and I could not use it. otherwise my stay was very goo

Summary: Could not understand person on phone when trying to advise about late check in (poor English). Bed linen was stained. There was a large wasp nest in the rear balcony making the area unusable.
