Summary: This property was amazing! The backyard space was super conducive for fellowship with family/friends. Home was clean, well-stocked and spacious. Great location for walking to local coffee shop or grocery. Would stay again and recommend.

Summary: Second time staying at this property and it didn’t disappoint. House is well maintained and in a great neighborhood. The owner must appreciate food because the kitchen is stocked with great cookware, appliances, and gadgets. They also put a lot of effort into making the back yard nice…. covered patio, nice grill, clean landscaping, and fire pit. We look forward to staying here the next time we’re in NC!

Summary: A lovely renovation to an historic mill house. Kitchen and bathroom upgrades were first rate. It is clear that the owner has an impecable eye for details, such as oversized fluffy towels, comfortable bedding and cozy area rugs. The yard is gorgeous and fully fenced in, with attractive and functional lighting. The kitchen was well stocked. I can't say enough about how pleasant our stay was

Summary: This place is a gem. Check-in instructions were spot on! I have never accessed a vacation rental and gotten connected to WiFi so efficiently. Plenty of extra towels, blankets, and an amazingly well stocked kitchen! The only thing better than the property was the communication of the owners - incredibly prompt and very flexible! I can't wait for an opportunity to stay here again!

Summary: Stayed four nights here, this was the third place we found to stay during visits to Carrboro over the past few years. Although each place has been very lovely, we feel that this one was definitely a) the best location near town, b) the best back yard and fire pit and c) the decor was a fully personal and artistic sharing of the owner's eclectic, hygge aesthetic. For us, it was reminiscent of how we love to decorate, accentuated by a warm, inviting color palate. Everything we needed for our stay was available, just right for our stay with two small dogs. There is now a roof covering the back deck (complete with heater) and a delightfully enchanting sculpted rock garden path in the back yard that were not pictured of the current rental photos. All in all, the home was better than expected for us and we hope to return. Thank you!

Summary: What a lovely find! The listing was accurate but actually much nicer in person. The fenced in backyard was so pleasant. I could totally live here. Awesome decor and lots of nice touches, like the dry snacks. It would have been nice to have a binder w/ printed instructions so I don't have to log in, especially for the TV which was confusing, and for local restaurant recommendations. Would definitely stay there again.

Summary: The house is beautifully updated and the back deck and yard is an oasis. Our dog loved the yard. The bedrooms are cozy and the bathrooms are modern. I especially liked the walk-in shower. The kitchen has anything you would need including spices, although we didn’t taken advantage of them. The main room is a great place to hang out with the large screen tv. Also the entire place has modern lighting that can be dimmed. Check-in and out was easy and communication with the owner and contact person was good too. The snacks and fresh flowers were a nice extra touch. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Summary: This rental is just as gorgeous and comfy as the pictures show -- we had a fantastic time staying here on a lovely fall weekend in CH. Our check-in was a bit rocky though. If you rent this place, be advised that access codes will not simply be in the check-in email, you have to reach out to a property manager who may or may not be available on the day of your check in. It would be helpful for the subject line of this email to say "Response required" or something similar so that it's obvious that guests need to reach out to the property manager. Better yet, include all necessary check in details into the email! Thankfully, the owner reached out to me directly about thirty minutes after our check-in time, but it made for a pretty stressful road trip not knowing if I would be able to get into the property when I arrived. Hope they sort this out! This place is gorgeous and otherwise we had a delightful weekend!
