Summary: Our stay in Kirkland was significantly enhanced by the use of this lovely rental. Thank you to our host Pejhman, you were very attentive to any questions we had along the way. The house was exceptionally clean and airy and nicely appointed. Everything we needed was at hand. The house is in a quiet neighborhood within a short walk to a State Forest and a grocery store. It has two full baths and an excellent washer/dryer that is easy to use. It was raining throughout our stay, so we did not take advantage of its charming backyard, but, hopefully, on a future trip we will be able to do so. The house is definitely worth going back to. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.

Summary: This was a lovely property and perfect for our family. The kitchen was well equipped. It was so roomy and clean. My son and his family especially enjoyed the beautiful trails nearby. We will definitely stay here again.

Summary: This house really worked well for us. My Mom uses a wheelchair outside and a walker indoors and this house was easy for us to access and for her to maneuver around. The two living areas gave the five of us space to stretch out and for my son to get some room to himself when he needed it. The kitchen was well-equiped, so I had no trouble preparing a couple of dishes for my family's Thanksgiving potluck. The house is right around the corner from a QFC which was very handy, and also very close to Big Finn Hill park where I went to run and walk in the woods every morning. All-in-all a great stay for a family with a lot of specific needs.

Summary: We travelled from Eastern Canada for a family wedding. The house was very clean and well equipped, especially for people travelling from far away. We chose it based on location. Close to grocery store, family who lives out that way and the wedding venue. Added bonus was it was close to many walking/hiking nature trails. The street is quiet. I have no complaints, we really enjoyed our stay. Hosts were always quick to reply to our questions and were great at communicating with us.

Summary: Communication was very prompt and superb. Location was perfect. House looked in great shape and it was very clean. And the owner filled the house with everything you will need during your stay and they also thought about kids a lot which we liked. Our stay was comfortable and highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking to stay near Kirkland/Seattle area.
