Large living room kitchen of approximately 35 m² with fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, Nespresso, Dolce Gusto, coffee maker, new toaster ...) utility room utility room with washing machine and storage; Separate WC.
Living room + new 32 '' flat screen TV; bay windows giving direct access to the outside with terrace with Weber barbecue + plancha plate; no vis à vis closed stone walls.
3 bedrooms upstairs with storage:
a master suite with 160 * 200 bed with 32 '' TV + 90 * 190 bed + 1 folding bed with new baby mattress and large closet with shelves for storage.

Proximity to all shops and the Chéray market (Carrefour Market, fishmonger, butcher, bakery, grocery store, restaurants ...) free beach shuttle stop 80 m from the house and cycle paths and bike rental nearby and leisure park des Prés Valet (Ti Bato, skate park, basketball court, pétanque, fishing, zip line, inflatable games ...).
From a medical point of view, you have a pharmacy, a medical office and nurses on site in Chéray.
You only have to put your car in the parking lot 50 m from the house and enjoy everything on foot or by bike.
